SJNHS goes against the UE Red Warriors
WARRIORS ON THE LOOSE. The UE Red Warriors gave the SJNHS teachers difficulty, but the determined educators weren't keen on giving-up without a fight.
San Juan National High School teachers fought against the University of the East Red Warriors on a friendly match last October 5, 2016 that was held at the school’s annex covered court. This is to develop sportsmanship and to serve as entertainment for all the expectators.
Teachers from SJNHS had a friendly game with the UE Warriors for their entertainment and to have fun as they spent time together.
With the score of 121-81, the warriors easily defeated the SJNHS educators yet everyone went home triumphant as they gained new comrades and experiences from each other’s company.
The game started at exactly 8am with the female SJNHS faculty and Mrs. Lucila Artuyo, school principal, cheering in support for their team.
The Warriors gave respect and kindness to the teachers and thanked the players who they fought and had fun playing with.
It was a great example for the school’s student athletes because the teachers showed sportsmanship and team coordination.
Still part of the Teachers’ Day celebration, this event was made possible through the efforts of Councilor Paul Artadi through the coordination of Mr. Anselmo Garabiles A.P teacher and president of the SJNHS FEA.
